Trvalé abiotické predispozice chřadnutí lesů

Pavel Samec, Petra Rychtecká, Romana Kudělková, Miloš Zapletal, Radek Barvíř, Vít Voženílek, Alena Vondráková

Persistent abiotic predispositions to forest wilting are unfavorable values of ecosystem predictors, whose gradients define the diversity of growth conditions in relation to biodiversity and potential bioproduction. Permanent abiotic predictors of forest ecology are atmospheric, soil and orographic, among which predispositions significantly cause seasonal climatic variations and long-term acidifying factors. In the Czech Republic, permanent abiotic predispositions to forest wilting are represented by non-vegetation temperatures, autumn and vegetation precipitation, nitrogen deposition, soil basic saturation and soil MgO content. The maps present the variability of individual predictors in the Czech Republic and provide a synthesis of this information in a typing map.
